Okay so reason being for my personal choice is due to when washing my hair the night before I blow dry it & put some hair spray in it so it's not super flat the next day. I like to sleep with no hair on my face or wildly around so my solution is to add a scarf which is about 2x a week. I learned that if I put my hair in a pony tail it is not easy to maintain in the morning. So it's just for comfort! :)
