@clay0n There are 2 kinds of satellites, one kind are close to the earth, they were sent in a trajectory so that they would stay in the same spot hovering over the earth as it orbits. The other kind are further back and stay in place. Since they stay in place and since the earth spins around the equator [at an angle] they follow the same pathway for each orbit. Satellites either stay in the same place relative to earth or same place relative to space, they don't move north or south. No poles.

But the Chinese coins and Buddha figure found in Scandinavian burials do not prove they got that far. They could have got such things from traders in Persia or Russia.
