@mattf1sh97 it's a common event in GTA, when you activate a wanted rating then a mission/cutscene starts - the wanted stars usually disappear. It does that to prevent you from getting busted - especially since you can't control your player in a cutscene.

Yeah, I tried it. Went through the mission and got trapped in the freezer with Rosenberg. That was really odd. I guess the game used that as a fail-safe if you tried to use the freezer as a vantage point to take out the goons. PC version.

no, once you beat the driving school, and the mission "yay-ka-boom-boom", you can buy Wang's Autos in San Fierro and you will get 5 new missions. after you beat those, you can use the Arch Angels Modding garage.
