  • yap i like michael guy too.....he is speak about bike in general n give detailed report of each of them....whereas de other idoit has his heart inclined to yamaha n only speaks about it....

  • Took it a little easy aye? I wouldn't have been so careful. I would have ridden that thing into the ground! There is no way I'd pass up the chance to do some proper riding on a bike like that.

  • tired of those stupid mormon who makes advertisement!!! fuck you!

  • VERY cool video guys!!!!

  • That Bike is badass makes your proud that is worked on in the netherlands

  • My street bike is nearly as fast... heavily lightened gsx-r 1000 with ported head, degreed cams, BST carbon wheels, CMC rotors, etc. It's really not much better than a stock superbike.... until things get speedy. Appreciate the video, though...

  • @ShamanWS6 Nice. Sounds like you've got one badass bike. But keep in mind that just because your bike maybe lighter than stock and is nearly as powerful, doesn't mean it's nearly as fast. A tenth of a second per lap on the track doesn't sound like much but a tenth of a second each lap for a race that lasts a lot of laps will mean your bike is much much slower. WSB bikes aren't just simply tuned for straight line speed. They don't spend all that money for nothing.

  • @77rxpharmacy : There are plenty of things on the WSB bike to make it faster on the road, not the least of which would be development time for the suspension and chassis. However a lot of that doesn't count for much on the road because the corners are so much different, spring choice is much more important for the road than things like pivot position of the swingarm. Duck out of water. I have an ex pro-SBK as well that I bought from Clint McBain, though... ;)

  • @ShamanWS6 I see. I wasn't sure that you were basing your comment strictly on on-road performance. I should have known though, since the video WAS about a WSB bike on the road lol.

I'd love to see them take a GP bike on the road next!

  • lol, sure, lets roll through a busy town and on a tree-lined road in a WorldSuperBIKE!

  • @LueXiong10

    He had police escorte

    1:04 min =cop

  • i jizzed :0

  • Riding like that on an non - ensuranced bike on roads with trees on both sides. You should know better!

  • You got The best job in the world...

  • "I HAVE NOT GOT ROOM FOR A DEAD OWL!" - Karl Pilkington

  • its cool...

  • Do you like motor cycles, and like new york ....? check out my channel !!!

  • ofcourse are these bikes not road legal in the netherlands. i live there, i tink they just let him drive on own risk. wil cost him prob a couple of hundred euros. The roads he's driving on are small road and the stripes on it are made to let the road look smaller so you dont drive to fast.

  • awesome

  • why are the roads like that? they straddle the line?

  • five year old lip syncs and dances to the old school, type it in the search box

  • Thats awesome. every time it got in the high rpm the front wheel wanted to lift.

  • Why do all motor bike racers have 'eyes burnt in hell' kinda look...I'm a biker too you know..

  • What? Those things are road legal as they stand in holland? Jesus, in the UK we'd get in some serious shit for riding that on the streets lol

  • No heed+tail light, indicators and side mirrors, and it is still street legal?? Holland is sure a crazy-ass country.....definitely worth dropping by.

  • Somehow the footage of you being pulled over didn't make it? :D

  • wow nice, looking well

  • The bike is so tight,no vibration, you can almost feel it grab the asphalt.A dream.Great video.

  • What a fantastic video! As if a standard Fireblade isn't scary enough!

Will definitely go and buy MCN this week to read the full review.

  • fantastic... Who has allowed You to go on normal street with a bike without numberplate?

  • he drives very well......

  • Great video!!! More of the same please :-)

  • I like this country, no police on the road!

  • Wicked. Nice bike..

    Must fairly haul ass!

  • Spettacolare è troppo bella questa livrea del CBR

  • very cool camera angles, great vid

  • they gave him the number 2 bike did'nt trust him with the good one lol

  • That bike and slicks on the road, balls sir...

  • @Jmoges - if it's dry, where's the problem?

  • @marpetpet if the slicks aren't up to temp, I didn't see warmers on at all. He wasn't going too hard at all though, just saying

  • @Jmoges - for racing, slicks may need to be up to high temperature, but even when cool on the road, they will always be better than treaded tyres - tread is only there to disperse rain...

  • @marpetpet - "better"... that is, assuming the road is dry, of course!!

  • That's quite awesome, too bad you were riding on a bike without papers, un-insured and without lights, that's not a wise thing to do.

  • streetlegal? not without headlights!!.. at least not in holland.

  • Wow that looked amazing!

  • What camera are you using??? Really good quality.

  • What idiots. Riding a race bike uninsured on the open road... what happens if he hits and cripples a kid? No insurance in the world would cover this, and the kid would be left dependent on bloody MCN to pay up... MCN has a responsibilty as a widely read publication NOT to encourage other idiots to take their uninsured bikes onto the road. If I get hit by one, I will be knocking at MCN's door... unbelievable idiots.

  • @marpetpet Here in Florida (USA) it is not mandatory for you to have motorcycle insurance. I've been riding for many a years without it. As long as its not your fault you don't have to pay a dime if something happens. That was an Advanced rider which I believe knows how to avoid a random cripple in the middle of the road.

  • @DexterGoneWild - Was he riding in the US? No! So your point is completely irrelevant - in Europe, it is thankfully ILLEGAL to ride without insurance. And furthermore a) are wheelies pulled by "advanced riders" miraculously safe and b) accidents happen to everyone, even the most experienced. It is inexcusable.

  • Get in !

  • those roads look like they would have alot of dirt on them, I would be afriad to take any turns at speed.

  • @DexterGoneWild I ride on these types of roads all the time and it's not as bad as it seems. (I'm Dutch btw.)

  • @nielsww are they the same roads I will find in Germany?

  • @DexterGoneWild - huh? Yes, all roads in Germany are 3 metres wide and lined with ditches. The Autobahn is a myth perpetrated by Nazis...

  • @DexterGoneWild nope

German roads are far better for riding a bike. More bends and turns, better road conditions and wider roads so you don't have to be afraid to run into oncoming traffic.

(I've lived in both countries btw)

  • @masterknaster thats so true germany has the best roads

  • @DexterGoneWild As the others have already stated, Germany is better for riding your motorcycle. The roads tend to be a bit wider too.

  • @nielsww zis width ist to accommodate ze panzer tank, I think. Ya?

  • good riding.... and that bike on the street is pure eye candy...very sweet

  • THAT IS SO ILLEGAL! no lights or turn signals!? you're asking for it with the police mate.

  • The MCN newspaper feature has the picture of a face 2 face with the MCN man and a cop. Not good. This is a breach of contract by Ten Kate, they agree to exclusively supply Jonathon Rea with a competition machine for the duration of the WSB 2010 season. Not Jonathon Rea and Micheal Guy, I would completely flip out at this.

  • Crazy road lines kept messing with me.

  • I really like Michael Guy - I wish he did more of the MCN videos

  • wow nice bike and rider

  • The best camera work and quality from mcn yet!

  • The best camera work and quality from mcn yet!

  • They were lucky not to be jailed, Dutch Cops with guns = no sense of humour. Very close to the gutter on some of those roads. Lucky in more ways than one. Can't blame Rea for being put-out on hearing about this. He should give the 'team' a 3 week strike for the stunt.

  • @luckyskua

Every cop in Holland has a gun and I never heard they had to drop their humor to get one. Better than that i have worked as a cop and I can laugh about things like this. Yes he probably would get a fine if he got caught but that would be it. Rea is getting paid by Ten Kate and he knows this is all part of getting attention for Ten Kate and WSB. Sponsors want their name to be seen so thats why they invite MCN.

  • Can you get MCN magazine in the states?

What i really mean is do they sell it in stores like a lot of other magazines are.

  • is that even road legal

  • @hcytkr thats what i was thinking, at the beginning i was thinking, now the number plate....then he just got on it but who cares, quality vid

  • @hcytkr most defenetly not... no plate, no turning signals, brake light, etc... but if you drive a 220bhp bike, who would catch up? hehe

  • Oh wow, at the end it shows it idling @ 3200 rpm.

  • He's very anxious! I would be too!

  • great video, loved the 1st person camera angle on the bike!!

  • Isn't this illegal?

Oh, i just remember i usualy ignore speed limit and others road rules, so... whatever we are bikers

  • Ez mekkora!

    Guys! Go shopping XD

  • Why does it seems to me like the bike produce Radiation?! There are sounds of radiation leak haha

  • excellent video. I liked how he was so excited at the start. Nice to see some emotion.

  • What traction control system is it?

  • Awesome! The vid doesnt need a purpose, other than being an opportunity to enjoy seeing the bike! Laughed how Guy was super excited at the start.

    Great vid.

  • @Ru9Flip You are so wrong, this is the BEST MCN motorbike video to date...what was the purpose of the video...to entertain us, to let us know about upcoming features in MCN...what meaning of life did you want from it?

Best filmed piece by MCN to date....so much better then a stationary camera on a Bend. I know you guys aren't film makers, but please take this as the template of how to film a bike on a road test. It was fun to watch.

  • @TheDuerden couldn't agree more!

  • Doesn't need lights for a daytime MOT as far as I know but I don't know how they got away with having no plate.

  • @radicalry00 ..they "got away" by being fucking fast XD

  • best on-board camera!

    i can see the road!

    yesss!

  • Got lights? Road legal? Lol :P

  • very cool.

congrats on the decent video equipment lol

  • Fantastic!
