This film has some really funny moments but in general it was weak Drama/Comedy. The storyline is primitive, the acting was very weak except for amazing Shirley MacLaine but she didn't have much screen time. Kevin Costner had zero chemistry with everyone on screen. Mena Suvari was good but again she didn't get a lot of screen time. Aniston was nothing special as always.
Well, the movie was ok but still could've been better

Shirley is very interesting to listen to, she's smart, informative and well travelled and knows alot of people.
At her age, she doesn't have to worry about money or jobs, so she can take a chance, stick her neck out and say provocative things without having to worry about repercussions, etc.

This interview was so frustrating! If you knew ANYTHING about Shirley Maclaine you'd know those weren't very good questions to ask/statements to make etc. You've just met a legend and wasted the moment!

When she says "not my problem" they aren't her "problem" but she still has to respond to them.
It's like a person carrying a gun. You may not be carrying a gun but it is still your problem.

I loved this clip! It was totally inspiring to me. This guy has a great opportunity to interview an icon, a fascinating, intelligent woman who's seen and done a lot and sadly, wastes a good chunk of the interview PROJECTING his fear and discomfort! What a shame! Enjoy her! Anyway, Shirley is such a great inspiration to live one's life fully, without apologies, keep growing, keep learning, keep moving forward with self love and awareness.

What a great interview! Out of all the people in the world, I think I would be more intimidated by Ms. MacLaine than anyone else because I admire her so much and because of the combination of her talent and personality. :)
