  • Can anyone help me look for the music from the Box segment? the tune from the music box that plays at 0:48

  • @iliana4111 It is called "The Sick Doll", by Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky.

  • Where can I buy this with English subs? Would amazon suffice?

  • i love both park chan wook and takashi miike and this movie was amazing!!a true horror movie!though i did not know fruit chan dumplings was my fav one!

  • I think this trailer would have been better without the cheesy narrator.

  • Glad I didn't see this trailer before watching the movie - gives away the ending of The Box. Don't watch this if you plan on seeing the movie.

  • /watch?v=JOYlaBFjuHQ&feature=related

here's the link for the movie and it's not any commercial video or download link

  • @Evilchibibunny its a box with 3 separe movies, ill think u will do better if you just search for the indvidual movies instead :)

  • For a second there at 0:44 when I heard the sound, I thought a predator was there lol.

  • The trailer reminds me of Dark Woods Circus (vocaloid song)

  • My brother and i discusses Park Chan and his brilliance, so brilliant that he's on the verge or madness. He did a film on his iPhone, and has the Americans (much like myself) scrambling to find it (it's called "Night Fishing") He's pure fucking genius and insane.

  • needs to be more scary

  • *o*

  • Japanese horror movies are the most scariest of all!

  • @germansuse hai its true dear :D i wana act in a horro movie do think i succses

  • download or stream link would be awesome

  • wait im confused i wanna watch it in order what comes first Dumplings???

  • @nirvanachick05 the order is first Dumplings, then Cut, and lastly Box

  • I saw these a few years ago, totally brilliant!

  • that sounds good !! very good .....

  • Dumplings was my absolute favorite.

HAHAHA pislabrakenrol

  • @vlogger94 oo nga..puro pang bata. palibhasa tuwing christmast pinapalabas kaya alam nila madaming bata ang manunuod.. kaya ganun ang tema.,

  • Cut is the only good one , well thats what i think

  • Favorite: Cut

    Second: Dumplings

Third: Box (I dont like it at all)

  • these were all pretty good movies. i likd dumplings the most, box second, and cut last.

  • I truly recommend this. I got mindfucked when I watched it.

  • hi, i have the download link to this movie. just send me a message if you wanna get it. =)

    i love takashi miike!

  • @hazeythecrazy can i have the download link?

  • the narrator's voice srsly makes it look ridiculous -_-

  • WTF WAS THIS? Just watched it, and like, whats going on? PLEASE EXPLAIN

    - in the first you watch a woman that gets a long tongue? and then WHAT???

    - in the second you just watch some random dude fucking things up... makes sence i guess

    - and the third its just really really out of place? like whats the point, they are born as one body? or are they not? whats the thing?

The First "dumplings and "box" are just plain weird, DRIVES ME NUTS.

And the WORST was, that it wasnt scary? :// cool tho:DD

  • they were all very artisitic, and cinematographic which i love. miike's film was the freakiest, creepiest and scariest in my opinion.

  • All three were so awesomely bizarre, but 'Cut' was very, very surreal.

  • I have no fucking idea why , but asian movies can't get me scared for some reason, anyone else got this? ><

  • @TheEXpothead These three short movies are not meant to scare you. They're playing on psychological issues, but in a setting of blood, gore and horror aesthetics. You don't get scared because they aren't cut to create shock reactions, etc.. Rather than scary, they're meant to be 'unsettling', and 'repulsive' - a psychologically strong combination for most people.

  • @Zhawq what all true horror movies should strive to be. well said.

  • fuck yeah

    Miike and Park

  • This movie of ok, not as good as any of the directors individual works though

  • i dont get this movie XD

  • Jhorror

    E5P1N

  • No solo Ficciones en Ficciones.

    E5P1N

  • My favorite horror film collection. True cinema. None of that cheap American silence...then..."Boo!" crap.

  • @doomsdaymonster7 You motherfuka ass hole....its the shittiest movie of all time.....

  • Dumplings was strange but good, Cut wa creepy but great, Box was gross.

  • this.,.. movie is gross D:

  • YOSH! More Asian Horrors, Type To Go psychotic after this :D

  • I have dumplings And Three Extremes on dvd I havedt seen Thee Extremes but is therea diference?

  • is here on youtube guys.

  • watch it right here avatz..net change .. to .

  • What a load of SHIT!!! I wasted part of my life and time watching this garbage!!!

Avoid watching this unless you like to watch rubbish!

  • WHAT's this?? a horror made from HK, thailand and SK? can they make together? hehe LOL

  • I wish I could find this on the internet. D:

  • @KibahinaxSasuino keep looking man.. and if you find it.. lol.. tell the rest of us where xD

  • @sirnosmirc

    Haha. Will do.

  • I've wanted to see this movie for-fucking-ever. :l Thank goodness fer Netflix!

  • this movie sucks seriously 3 historys in a single movie ??

  • I like Nicolas Cage better than all the Asian movies ever made. And I'm South Korean.

  • @HeroOfCanton99 Amen brother.

  • The first story made me feel sick Lol I liked the 2nd story alot didn't care much for the 3rd.

  • the music the box makes is creepy8s

  • Warning: Spoilers in the comments.

I HAVE to watch this and Hansel and Gretel!

  • Umm... Your description says "Dumblings" O.O

  • @KatashiaFantasy101 Dumplings is one of the films along with cut and box.

  • THIS IS BULLSHIT!

    It's just disgusting, not horrifying!

  • Cut :) <3

  • Saw this one last night and can recommend this to horror buffs, especially fans of Asian horror. All three stories are fairly good, but be forewarned about "Dumplings". This tale of how far a woman will go to stay young ain't for the faint of heart.

  • @FiendsInRedSatin1 Did you understand cut at all? I don't get the ending.

  • @fuckXtheXsystem I'm not sure who the director was supposed to be talking to at the very end, but I thought the "twist" ending was that it was the girlfriend (not the wife) on the piano. It could be he was just crazy.

  • @FiendsInRedSatin1 *SPOILER*That's what I thought too but she was wearing his wedding ring and the guy on the couch was a little boy... So he had to be loosing it. I don't get why he killed her though.

  • @fuckXtheXsystem I guess he just had to be crazy.

  • :/ bad movie ...

  • Takashi Miike is a fucking genious, but is not as good as Audition... Anyway, it is an awesome film...

  • lol You typed "Dumblings"

  • @razzkins i fuckin typed dumplings jus to see how to make em and i clicked on thisa movie dumplings of the same number and shit my pants

  • @razzkins

    the dumplings are dumb ^_^

  • Cut was my favorite by far! :)

  • OMG this movie looks amazing! The trailer is awesome too. If they released Asian films in America and made awesome trailers like this one I bet all the stupid people that are like "ewww subtitles" would probably actually want to see these films. :D

  • an awesome set of short films. interesting how all three films all creeped me out in different ways. 'dumplings' was creepy in a realistic, gore way, 'cut' was very psychological, and 'box' was the creepiest of all in my opinion. three directors, three awesome movies. favourite one has to be 'cut' in my opinion because PCW is just too good to be true.

  • wtf are you guys talking about? That trailer explained nothing.

  • kyyyyyyaa wanna see it!

  • lol the stories were nice but i didn´t get the box, i liked the cut but i disliked the box dumblings was a good story aswell but the box i just didn´t get it

  • Japanese have the best scaries movies

  • @YounqRidaBby This movie is Korean.

  • @yerimartinez them too

  • @yerimartinez It's three segments put together: Chinese (Dumplings), Korean (Cut), and Japanese (Box).

  • @F0reseer

    Oh OK. Thanks!

  • One of the most amazingly shocking films ever ^^

  • dont waste your time watching the second three extremes... only the "going home" one was remotely good

  • can somebody explain the part where the old lady was in the tub?? in the bathroom ... with long tongue in dumplings?? why did she do that anyways???

  • @xiaoyu1508 *spoilers dont read if you havent seen it*

she aborted her child and ate it

  • Dumplings was by far the most disturbing one. Cut was good too. However for Box, as creepy as it was, I was sort of confused about the end. Explanation please?

  • ... Why was the commentary in English? .__.

  • takashi miike is one sickkkkkkk director.

  • JUMANJIIII

  • looks cool

  • I remember first watching this awesome J-Horror over two years ago and loved it, almost forgot about it! Going to watch it again tonight on NetFlix watch now :)

  • ganz ehrlich? ich raffs nich xD

  • i didnt get "box" ' s ending... Can anyone help?

  • @RestInPiecesXXX what do you mean you dont get it? the whole thing in general was a psychological thing... i mean we assume as the audience that none of what she thought up happened because it was all in her head.

  • dont be forgetting park chan wook, oldboy, lady vengence, mr vengence are damn awesome movies.

  • Go Takashi Miike and his wierdness.

  • takashi miike rocks

  • I'm still not quite sure what this movie is about. By reading the comments it seems to be a mix up of several stories, but I'm not sure. Can anyone here explain the gist without giving out any spoilers?

  • It's an anthology of 3 short horror stories. Called "Dumplings", "Cut", and "Box". Each one is unique and terrifying in their own way, and it is AWESOME!

  • i luv 3 extremes. i show dumplings to all my asian friends and their jaws dropped the whole time and at the end when she sslurped up the last dumpling. gives me chills. i hate the way the kidnapper in cut talks tho. box was ok, the scene where it opened was really creepy and sad

  • Can't find any downloads with english subs >:(

  • @BlueBombi you mean dubs, ive been looking for a dub version to. i guess no one has just decided to seed it.

  • @BlueBombi i just read the script while watching it.

  • That was in theatres? All three of them on the big screen would have been awesome

  • Oh I wish it was! Unfortunitly it's a DVD box set that brings together three Asian horror shorts.

  • i love 3 extremes!!!!!! i rent that movie everytime i can! :DDDDDDDDDDDDD I LOVE IT!

  • Those were all equally facked.

  • So I don't get the ending of "box"! Could someone explain please..?

  • My understanding is that every scene with Kyoko (not Siamese) in it is a dream. She dreamt of killing her sister, then she dreamt of her future life - the editor giving her a gift makes up for Shoko getting all the praise as a child. Yes, that happened in the dream too; but maybe Kyoko subconsciously resents her sister and the dream is simply a projection of that. P.S. The beginning of the movie Is meant to make you think she killed her sister... though It was a dream...

  • I didn't get the ending of Cut could someone explain it to me?

  • The boy was the kidnappers son. The kidnapper couldn't kill his own son so he decided to have the main character do it for him. He was hallucinating, it was all in his head. He was freaking out [showing his imperfection like the kidnapper intended] and killed his wife instead of the intended boy. [Why he called his wife "kid" and told him he had no choice and talked to the wife like how he talked to the kid]. I could go Into more detail If you like?

  • Thanks for the response, I just always thought it was weird how he was fine a couple seconds before, (by that I mean he could tell who was who) and then all of a sudden he loses it. I don't get why the guy (the kidnapper) said, "How's that director?" Something along those lines when he gets bitten on the neck and falls to the floor.

  • The reason he said that Is because he, the kidnapper was an "extra". So even In his final seconds of life, he still treated everything he done as an audition. The movie Is quite hard to understand, I think that's what I like about It... makes you think :)

  • Ah alright, I think it's a nice change from the gore and pop up scares of most modern day movies. It's good to change it up, I do think Asian horror movies are more physiological then the ones that are made in America, no offense to anyone. I grew up with Asian horror so I prefer it over American horror. However I did enjoy some such as: Dead Silence (nice twist at the end). Thanks for the response again.

  • what is the story about?

  • I know both Park and Mikiii (or is it Miiki?) but I don't know the last directer, is he good?

  • takashi miike is a very good director

  • Im watching ThreeExtreme's BOX right now as i type this Commnet, in a side by side browser and i dont get the Ending.......How r they Siamese but different ages?

  • One's growth May stunt.

  • wow, why do Asian extreme movies just kick American horror/thriller movies right in the ass?

I guess they just seem to get it over there.

Park Chan Wook is fantastic. I love everything he does...

I seriously need to see this movie. It looks amazing.

Does anyone have some suugestions for movies I should see? I love anything to deal with horror/psychological thriller /gorey type movies.

I need like, the grand master list of Asian Extreme movies and a Netflix account haha.

  • Drag Me To Hell was pretty scary, although it's an American film. Audition and Ichi the Killer are f***ed up Japanese films. Netflix is the best!

  • I have to agree with you on that there, sir. xD

  • Ringu

    A tale of two sisters

    Audition

    Ju-on

    hope it helps! ;)

  • thank you!

  • oh,i loved a tale of two sisters!

  • check out asian-horror-movies(dot)com

  • @27Oldboy27 maybe now American suck but I'm pretty sure movies like "The Exorcist" were quiet terrifying for their time.

  • @Volf99 true, yeah some american horror films are pretty good, but i still think that asian film is way better. they just capture terrifying things in a more accurate and honest manner.

  • @27Oldboy27 you got me there man. Movies like the Ring are as scary as hell. But I think some aren't as scary as much as they just make me want to vomit, like the movie about the "human caterpillar". The idea of eating some ones shit is gross not scary. But dead little girls coming out of the tv definitely gives me chills.

  • @Volf99 hhaha oh my god me too...i saw the ring for the first time when i was 11 and i didn't sleep for at least a week. and i've never seen the human caterpillar but that sounds disgusting. i finally got to see three extremes and the dumplings part was enough to make me nauseous

  • @27Oldboy27 coming soon audition the curse unholy women the red shoes cello suicide club infection a tale of two sisters whispering corridors/the wishing stairs phone three extremes doll master premonition my teacher or bloody reunion the wig korean the house that's what i suggest
  • @27Oldboy27 I've heard that "Audition" is extremely scary.

  • @roinbandit2 ah, Nice Pun

  • @TheFFV I didn't mean it to be a pun. I don't understand how it could even be a pun.

  • @roinbandit2 O_O......it Iz

  • Save The Green Planet! and Oldboy are my fave asian flicks of the last 5 or 6 years. Nothings quite come close to matching their awesomenes + liberal dose of 'ok, what the f*ck just happened there?'.

Fruit Chan's Dumplings was my fave segment from 3 Extremes. Eyegasmic.

  • i luv the 3...but i dont get the ending of "box"

  • Awesomeness. And yeah, Asian horror movies rule

  • Asian always rules the world of horror. Hollywood things suck, always having a lot of blood but without any meaning

  • @trancaothai your so wrong

  • Miike for president!

  • cooool! master

     horror yea!!!!!!!

  • one of the greatest movies ever made.

  • shit that looks scary

  • hahaha i downld it from here w-ww-mhd-hdhieu-com

  • GODBLESS Korean/Japanese film, all there the original films like The Eye,The Ring,The Grudge ALWAYS get remade into some bullshit Hollywood fims and people miss out on these classics.!!! But you try tell someone to watch a film with subtitles and watch how they mooooooooan to fuck!! Ignorant bastards.

  • tell me about it lol

  • Seriously! It all needs to stop!

  • I agree, but to be fair, foreign movies aren't so available, unfortunatly. I started watching the classics and the originals after seeing the hollywood remake, The Ring.

I wasn't aware of other types of films. It's not like I was one of those ignorant bastards, I just wasn't aware.

  • To be fair mate i was the same,i watched the Hollywood one's first and thought they was quality, but then realised how pants they were after watching original, dunno if you have seen them but you can watch them on here in parts, have a look for suicide club, itchi the killer, battle royal...all brilliant films and so much better than most UK/USA films...Oh and watch The story of Rikki Oh,on my playlist....gruesome film.

    Bless.

  • I've seen Battle Royale and Ichi the Killer. Awesome films. I saw the trailer of the suicide club but never got through it.

    Wait...

Is that movie, The Happening by M. Night similar to Suicide Club.

    Thanks for the reccomendation.

  • Battle royale is good, the acting just really bothered me. Watch audition, oldboy, and ju-on is good
