People that think telemarketing is dead are missing the point or were just never any good at it. Integration of different vehicles is the key and the central hub for these campaigns should almost always be the phone. Social media, online advertising, ppc all of it is for not without a solid inside sales rep to follow it up.

To characterize every inside sales person as a sleezy used car salesman desperate fora commission only reveals your ignorance to what works and what doesn't.
