Thank you for posting this recipe. We have been making it once a month for dinner for over 3 years now. The only change we make is using stewed tomatoes rather than sun dried. Delicious!!

its good but if you mashed it with a potato masher it would give the consistancy of scrambled eggs

I prefer breaking the tofu with my hand. It looks more like real scrambled eggs. I do like the addition of sun dried tomatoes. Thanks for this video.
