I lived on Conn ave. in the West end in the early 60's. We were no more than about 150 yards from the ocean. Back then,in the winter you could walk the entire length of town on the beach and never see another person. Maybe a seagull or two. I didn't realize it then,what a great place it was. I miss it..... thanks for a great post
