@UltimateRpGx In the book, Farmer Maggot was an old nice fellow, he gave the three supper, and a ride to the ferry. They met Merry at the ferry, whom they thought was a Nazgul. Old Farmer Maggot even told Frodo some stuff that would help him like lying about that Frodo's not in Hobbiton or in Buckland.

Farmer Maggot was a great character in the book, despite his short role, and i feel they should of added him to the film as he practically saved Frodo's life, though i'm truly shocked that they didn't add Tom Bombadil, as he was my favorite character, and also a majorly important one in the first book.

But that was one of my favorite lines from the films, so i thought i'd share it:)

0:57 to the end really captures the feel of the movie. It almost creeps up on you, then it suddenly gets to an epic theme. Finally, it finishes with a gentle, but still epic, phrase. Only the genius of Shore could have done this with music.
