Also, the HRE is pretty different from before, where the Emperor was basically sentenced to death by Infamy

Also, another topic: Westernization sucks a bit, because you have to westernize a couple times AND reform the military, which is like 15 stability loss, since you need to be at 3 stability. I hope that won't screw you over... because westernization also makes it possible for normal/core territories to revolt.

I know that, because i made a game with ethiopia and westernized// untribalized
