It seems I shall be the first to comment on this video.
I've long been wondering what Keith Jarret's Bach would sound like, and I must say it's surprisingly good (I don't much admire him as a jazz pianist).
The Van Gogh self-portrait shown at 3:10 is one I don't think I've seen before.
Yes, he plays Bach very well. It seems I am the first to upload these Jarret - Bach recordings in youtube. I searched other day for others of these recordings a I haven't found any.
Yes, take a look in my channel, prelude and fugue in C# major. And I am planning upload others of Well tempered clavier book 1. Jarret recorded the Goldberg variations, and WTC 2 in the harpsichord; and the WTemperedClavier 1 in the piano.
I must say I very much like your taste in art. You must have a big, tick book on Van Gogh, because your videos show at least two pictures I'd never seen before, and I was reasonably certain I'd seen them all.
I hope you will upload The Well Tempered Clavier as soon as you are able.
Or, if for some reason you should choose not to, I hope that it will not be for perceived lack of appreciation; Keith's Bach is really beginning to grow on me.
My source of paintings is not a secret. The item "images" in the google search. Then it opens 200 hundred paintings of the painter we are looking for.
You may want to tag your videos differently. For some reason, when I type, "Keith Jarrett Bach" nothing comes up, and I had to check my in-box for your reply to my last comment in order to find this again. This seems odd, because both "Keith Jarrett" and "Bach" obviously appear in your titles. Any idea what's going wrong here?

Do you have any Bach Jarret performs on piano? If so I'd be most curious to hear that as well.

I realized now I am writing Jarrett with one T.
Jarrett is with 2 T. I am going to rectify that.
