the forehand should come form bottom to up if you're using semi western...thay it would have a little more top spin..

Well done! That is better than what I hit so I won't bother critiquing it. I would be interested in seeing some backhand ground strokes. I always take them one handed with heavy topspin, and return two handed much like she does. It might just be me but I tend to angle my back foot more to about 100 deg and bend my knees for an explosive effect.

hehehe idk my backhand is laser like. well its 1 handed, i rly cant use 2 handed. mine just like drops right after it goes over the net and slides over the court like 5 inches off the ground, lol

move back a little cause ur forehands are like a pinch to high where ur hittin them so move back a step and don't forget the proper footwork
