For me, i like a challenge. You'll almost always find me sniping, but if i'm reg gunning, it'll be a bad gun. For example, in MW2 my favorite gins are the Mini-Uzi, the Vector, and the F2000. In Black Ops, it's the WA2000, MPL, Enfield, and Stakeout. I like to get "gameplays" with unorthadox classes. I never use stopping power in MW2 on a reg gun either, because it's too easy. If you don't challenge yourself, the game gets boring. That's my take on it.
I HATE NOOB TOOBS. I was going for nukes for the past two days and I am a fairly strong player in MW2 but I couldn't get it and it was aggravating me so much. Every time I was getting close to harriers or the gunner I would get toob'd or commando'd. It wasn't like I was camping either. These guys were just firing and hoping for the best or running around aimlessly. I even got do fed up I tried to get a nuke toobing and I founded out I suck at it. I did get it FINALLY yesterday though.
I use flak jacket and dual mags instead of scavenger. It's not always the easiest set up but at least i'm protected from skilled 'nade users. That and it forces me to be good with most of the guns in the game.
ran into a guy the other day, i died 8 times to him, all noobtubes, domination on launch.... after i looked at his playercard.. the guy had a 0.6 k/d overall and had over 45k kills with the noobtube.... next highest was the python with 100 kills... thats all he uses ....
Let's dislike this douches vids because it's 100% true and proven (chck up vids) that he does this only for the money. Do keep the vid against Synd.in your mind and you will find it easy to dislike this douche!
Only thing i criticize is when i see people with 30000 plus kills with the same gun. yesterday my friend invited his friends to play and dude had 43000 kills with the famas. i was like wtf. im 14th prestige now for awhile and i like variety. I started using the Kiparis and i love it. add me people AC3Windu..I might give it a GT change though.
I also understand the use of noob tubes, if your aim is off, and you cant finish him off, or if you want to use it quickly to get the guy off the objective go ahead and use it. Its the fact that every single part of the game is criticized so much. from how you play to what gun you use. I have 11000 kills with the famas, its the first Assault rifle thats any good. and i hated the galil when i first started.
only time i use tubes in black ops is when I was in a annoying lobby..so I put on tubes and destroyed the other team, that same game made me choose Flak Jacket over Scav. I now only play domination, and for that game type Flak Jacket is so much better. Also Task Mask and Flak combo is beast. and its always a lols when people try to RPG you, or use flame throwers. also love capping flags when the enemy team drops napalm on it.
i use noob tubes when i get mad or im getting raped. Just because its fun to have a great game when you are having a bad time or your accuracy is just complete shit. I rarely ever use it but thats when and why i do.

Youre asking how i feel about noobtubes in MW2 right now? then i wouldnt know what to tell you since i havent played MW2 in over a year and a half.
One time a got in a lobby vs a 4 man party. They all used their Quickscope class, then when they were behind all of them changed to their OMA noobtube class, and tubed the rest of the games that i played against them.
Then when i asked why they were noobtubing they said. "Because it's the best class in MW2" then i asked why they didn't stop using it they began to say uMAD and troll.

The other day i was playing rundown domination.I spawned on c and for the whole first half of the game i never got close to capping it because some asshole was sitting in his spawn with OMA noobtubes.Finally i got to him and killed the little fuck.His score was 13-0 and he hadnt evan used his kill streaks yet when he did use them i backed out and was host.during the migration i dashboarded in the hope he got kicked

i guess iw says we need tubes so there is a point in using blast shield and assassin isnt op. or they could just bring back stopping power and we wouldnt have to come up with creative ways to balance this shit. taking stopping power out was a bad idea by 3arc. iw surprised me when they followed their lead
@Iceman21Editing yes but they aren't ridiculous in that you can use them at close range and kill someone even if you missed by 20 feet. In Battlefield you can't go around spamming tubes and expect to come out on top because the game is not completely childish and stupid.
Noob tubes can be nerfed to the point that they aren't a problem. And I am not just talking about limiting how many a guy can have. The CoD4 grenade launcher had incredibly low damage and blast radius. But not only that, the trajectory was less accurate and the range at which it can explode was farther.
everything someone noobtubes over a period of 2-3 games in a row I always message them and say How are you having fun with the game when all you do is sit in a corner and noobtube? Its strange about the mind set of these people
Tubes are for bad players that need a hand to pad their K-D and for boosters takeing cage match away was a mistake if two friends boost for hours in a cage match there not hurting anyone but I understand people think u should earn titles but I don't care ether or rely
The noob tube is supposed to be a extra secondary, where you rarely use unless you counter someone behind cover, or a group of players, .etc. It's not designed to be a primary all-purpose weapon but it's too easy to use it like one which is why it's a problem.
Boosters for the most part just want to get cool unlocks like extended mags or fall camo. Taking cage match out of MW2 was the worst idea to counter boosting.
i only use the tube in MW2 on objective games like domination and demo just to clear out a flag or a last ditch effort to save a bomb. If i play Search it also is a great tool (as much as it a piss off) from spawn. Once you die your out of the round and its always good to pick up a spawn kill to help your team out. Retards who boost should just get banned from the online world. Nothing worse then being 29-3 in free for all and you lose to some meat ball boosting cause they cant win legit
Well, I just looked up Boosting... and it's a form of cheating (nice one). So, does that mean that everytime I see several dudes on my team in a party, I am to assume they are boosting? Thing is, you have to have FRIENDS to boost. Like a co-ordinated plan. I don't socialize with anyone in real life that plays Xbox like I do. I play at random when the kids aren't playing. So, boosting doesn't seem like something you can just "start doing". Looks like it takes some planning. I need to read more...
Also... Boosting. Heard the term, don't know what it means. In fact, I was playing a game recently where some twit kid was yelling "boooost! Come on guys, let's Booooost". I had no clue what he meant. You know, I bought the Turtle Beach X41 headset and it helped, but I think if guys were really serious about winning and doing well, they would do more parties. I would LOVE to actually play with a group of guys where we could talk and help each other out. I'm 10x better when I can do that.
Man, I'm going to have to Google NoobTube because I don't know what it means. I'm assuming you guys are complaining about people using the China Lake or the Grenade attachments? Honestly, it doesn't do me any good to use either cuz I'm lucky to kill anyone with it anyway. I need a multi-kill with a grenade to unlock Warlord I think, and I'm too horrible to even get that! It's borderline depressing.
Getting a tube kill is really satisfying. Not because of any lack of skill or anything, but the sound it makes is just great, and the +xp is addictive.

I played with Lt Dan the other night, and it was a joy to watch him play. He is really good. I think his tag is like (USMC) Lt.Dan maybe. People throw him prop's when they sign on... so he must be well known. He gets 50+ kills a game. I don't know how he does it?
im an ex booster and hacker.... we boost so that we get to be high on the leaderboard. I know u Wings wanted to be #1 on mw2 and i saw u like #300.. but ppl think like you.... the feeling of being #1 in the world at something in the whole world is amazing
Its a good weapon. But how i use it as a second option. I see a guy shoot him, he runds around the corner, or takes cover. I switch to the tube and shoot the wall or ground. I have the tube on 2 classes of 10. No OMA. It should never be ur back up. I hope MW3 tubes have a lil more damage and affect then BO but not as much as MW2. Like 2 tubes and a nade should kill a man with flackjacket/blast shield (mw3)

I was playing MW2 a while back and said i want to get a noobtube off the spawn on every map... I Killed a guy and he got mad so i said ok let me see if i can get better then a double kill, i got a quad the next round, killing the same guy... He was still mad so i kept it up, killing only him for the next maybe... 6 rounds?
People are always complaining about tubes and camping and any other tactic in the game that gives you an advantage. Quit all that QQ and do something about it like throw on flack jacket or throw a nade where the camper is, you know he is still there, he always is. I get more annoyed when I get tubed by someone without dangerclose because this just insinuates that they are always doing it, and that's the only time they can kill me.
I have only seen, in BLOPS, a few times, where kids repeatedly use launchers. I will be honest, I do use the tube on the odd occasion (when I get bored of playing with the same old sniper or assault rifle), but it isn't very effective. Sure, you'll get a few kills, but you will die many more times.
my friends and I used to use a thumper and we called it the "ninja tube" because we would only use it when we sneak up behind someone, we only got direct hits :D
I use the tube occasionally, and will end up using the tube in MW3. I don't use it exclusively and don't use it like a chump. In Domination it is a great tool. It clears a flag of multiple cappers instantly, something you can't do with gun spray(particurally in BLOPS where it takes 100 bullets per person for a kill).
Now these kids where that's ALL that they will use than yea, that's going to be pretty bad. I plan on running Blast Shield perk a lot in MW3.
@linke369 No, nubetube is called the nubetube for a reason it's for noobs. If your using it to clear a flag, it's still pathetic and takes no skill. Just use the gun ffs..
@OnTheSamePagee u still hav to be able to aim at the flag and get in the open long enough to make ur shot without dying. If there is 2 or 3 people capturing a flag u can't tell me u could take all of them out every time by running out there and beasting with a gun. if u were smart and a team player, u would use a grenade, or if available, a pro pipe :)
@natedizzle1992 Honestly, if you were on the flag and you were about to capture it and you got tubed, how frustrating would that be. It may be a good choice, but that's because there overpowered, not because it's the smart thing to do. If you were a team player, then you wouldn't nubetube in the first place, because then it encourages others to pull out there tube class.
@OnTheSamePagee good point, but i haven't played MW2 and to me and from wat i hear they aren't overpowered on BO. and i think no matter wat u die from if ur about to capture, it would cause frustration.

@TheMichaeljackson149 Per. So if there are 3 people on a flag capping it you can take 3-4 bullets per person while getting fired at by 3 guys or you can fire 1 Grenade Launcher and clear the flag.
Also the time it takes to cap a flag with multiple people is fast, the slower kill rate in BLOPs means that you need to clear that flag fast and a grenade launcher is one of the best ways to do it.
@linke369 And 2 out of 6 people use flak jacket. making the chances of you finding someone with flakjacket about 33%. and anyways, most people that use noobtubes finish negitive.

Grenade launchers are a part of the game because of their excellent ability to defend from a long distance. They are a vital part of a defender's kit. It is only when some douchebag decided to abuse them, that they became the centre of hate from everyone. Activision should ban people who abuse equipment, hence reverting the COD community back to the lovable community it used to be in COD4. :)
Flak Jacket in black ops is more prevalent in Domination. Noob Tubes should really not be in the game. They just end up pissing people off because they are so easy to abuse.
the group i roll with have a simple idea. we dont tube until we get tubed. then all 6 of us toss on the OMA DC tube classes and do work.
when i roll solo, i will switch to the tube class to pry a camper from his hole if i fail once or twice with bullets or nades...since thats what the tubes were made for... but then i swap back to the real class and go back to doing work...
The worst are the players 90 degree noobtubing a flag in domination. It's hard for me to enjoy ground war any more because it's a noobtubing fuckfest. Now I mainly do FFA and deathmatch because of it :/

So I go onto MW2. I search up domination. And apparently these guys on the enemy team had noobtubes and UAV hack. Basically an SR71 all game. I fucking cannot understand how it's fun. Do you have fun being on a ladder in a basketball game above everyone else and just throwing the ball in all the fucking time. I cannot stand mw2 any fucking more.

The noob tube is supposed to be a extra secondary, where you rarely use unless you counter someone behind cover, or a group of players, .etc. It's not designed to be a primary all-purpose weapon but it's too easy to use it like one which is why it's a problem.
Boosters for the most part just want to get cool unlocks like extended mags or fall camo. Taking cage match out of MW2 was the worst idea to counter boosting.

i only use the tube in MW2 on objective games like domination and demo just to clear out a flag or a last ditch effort to save a bomb. If i play Search it also is a great tool (as much as it a piss off) from spawn. Once you die your out of the round and its always good to pick up a spawn kill to help your team out. Retards who boost should just get banned from the online world. Nothing worse then being 29-3 in free for all and you lose to some meat ball boosting cause they cant win legit

Well, I just looked up Boosting... and it's a form of cheating (nice one). So, does that mean that everytime I see several dudes on my team in a party, I am to assume they are boosting? Thing is, you have to have FRIENDS to boost. Like a co-ordinated plan. I don't socialize with anyone in real life that plays Xbox like I do. I play at random when the kids aren't playing. So, boosting doesn't seem like something you can just "start doing". Looks like it takes some planning. I need to read more...

Also... Boosting. Heard the term, don't know what it means. In fact, I was playing a game recently where some twit kid was yelling "boooost! Come on guys, let's Booooost". I had no clue what he meant. You know, I bought the Turtle Beach X41 headset and it helped, but I think if guys were really serious about winning and doing well, they would do more parties. I would LOVE to actually play with a group of guys where we could talk and help each other out. I'm 10x better when I can do that.

Man, I'm going to have to Google NoobTube because I don't know what it means. I'm assuming you guys are complaining about people using the China Lake or the Grenade attachments? Honestly, it doesn't do me any good to use either cuz I'm lucky to kill anyone with it anyway. I need a multi-kill with a grenade to unlock Warlord I think, and I'm too horrible to even get that! It's borderline depressing.

I played with Lt Dan the other night, and it was a joy to watch him play. He is really good. I think his tag is like (USMC) Lt.Dan maybe. People throw him prop's when they sign on... so he must be well known. He gets 50+ kills a game. I don't know how he does it?

Its a good weapon. But how i use it as a second option. I see a guy shoot him, he runds around the corner, or takes cover. I switch to the tube and shoot the wall or ground. I have the tube on 2 classes of 10. No OMA. It should never be ur back up. I hope MW3 tubes have a lil more damage and affect then BO but not as much as MW2. Like 2 tubes and a nade should kill a man with flackjacket/blast shield (mw3)

I was playing MW2 a while back and said i want to get a noobtube off the spawn on every map... I Killed a guy and he got mad so i said ok let me see if i can get better then a double kill, i got a quad the next round, killing the same guy... He was still mad so i kept it up, killing only him for the next maybe... 6 rounds?

People are always complaining about tubes and camping and any other tactic in the game that gives you an advantage. Quit all that QQ and do something about it like throw on flack jacket or throw a nade where the camper is, you know he is still there, he always is. I have only seen, in BLOPS, a few times, where kids repeatedly use launchers. I will be honest, I do use the tube on the odd occasion (when I get bored of playing with the same old sniper or assault rifle), but it isn't very effective. Sure, you'll get a few kills, but you will die many more times.

I use the tube occasionally, and will end up using the tube in MW3. I don't use it exclusively and don't use it like a chump. In Domination it is a great tool. It clears a flag of multiple cappers instantly, something you can't do with gun spray(particurally in BLOPS where it takes 100 bullets per person for a kill).
Now these kids where that's ALL that they will use than yea, that's going to be pretty bad. I plan on running Blast Shield perk a lot in MW3.

If there is 2 or 3 people capturing a flag u can't tell me u could take all of them out every time by running out there and beasting with a gun. if u were smart and a team player, u would use a grenade, or if available, a pro pipe :)

It may be a good choice, but that's because there overpowered, not because it's the smart thing to do. If you were a team player, then you wouldn't nubetube in the first place, because then it encourages others to pull out there tube class.

@TheMichaeljackson149 Per. So if there are 3 people on a flag capping it you can take 3-4 bullets per person while getting fired at by 3 guys or you can fire 1 Grenade Launcher and clear the flag.
Also the time it takes to cap a flag with multiple people is fast, the slower kill rate in BLOPs means that you need to clear that flag fast and a grenade launcher is one of the best ways to do it.

Grenade launchers are a part of the game because of their excellent ability to defend from a long distance. They are a vital part of a defender's kit. It is only when some douchebag decided to abuse them, that they became the centre of hate from everyone. Activision should ban people who abuse equipment, hence reverting the COD community back to the lovable community it used to be in COD4. :)

the group i roll with have a simple idea. we dont tube until we get tubed. then all 6 of us toss on the OMA DC tube classes and do work.
when i roll solo, i will switch to the tube class to pry a camper from his hole if i fail once or twice with bullets or nades...since thats what the tubes were made for... but then i swap back to the real class and go back to doing work...

Maybe it's a console thing... Been playing MW2 3-4 hours a day for the past month + and i havn't seen one booster. Lots of tubers and by that i mean people that do nothing but tube every map every game type every time they play. I use the tube for fun for time to time. but i am kinda surprised these people don't shake things up. and i find it sad that people have to boost to get there stats or get a nuke. getting one isn't that hard to be honest.
