when wolverine was launched to the ground the combo was 45 hits

before justin did the Messatsu/Tenma-Gohado Ungyo hyper he shot a fireball

and the Messatsu/Tenma-Gohado Ungyo hyper does 25 hits

at the end of the combo it was 71 hits

which means without the fireball it would have been a 70 hit combo and wolverine might have still been alive

yet to be sure wolverine was dead justin threw the fireball

Anyone who plays Akuma knows to throw that fireball before the second super. It's just common sense. "More damage? More meter? why not." That should be the mind set of any Marvel player anyways. Hell If and assist was still alive he could have called that and added almost an extra 50k damage to the combo. But that wasn't the case here. None the less, great comeback.

You guys are debating who is cheap and OP and it makes no sense. This is MvC3. Every half way decent character has cheap moves to abuse and several OTG combos. The game is fast and combo-centric. The way you win is to build meter, land combos and finish with supers. If you are smart and your timing is on, you can kill almost anyone in one or two combos. That is top level play in this game.

If you just throw out a random anything it gets punished. Run it back and watch Haggar he throws out a random violent axe to try and chip him out gets push blocked then throws out the rand
