Well, I didn't like FF8 much at all. But the original track was pretty good, I will admit, and this is even more awesome, so props to Distant Worlds and FF8 for making this version possible. ^__^

@saadboy17 I thought IX was pretty good. The story had flavour, the characters were nicely developed, it had amazing music (though that's a trait that's shared with all the other FFs tbh) and was overall a great game.

Why do you think it's miserable? I'm open to opinions. :P

@Zokari771 I had nothing against the characters. Trust me, Vivi, Steiner, Eiko and Quina are one of the most imaginative and colourful characters ever made in FF. After heroines like Aerith, Tifa, Rinoa and Terra, you would expect someone to cope with their standards, Garnet just sucked. Also, I constantly felt that there were several strong similarities between VII and IX: Zidane's androidness to Cloud's cloneness, everything about the Gaia/The Planet and some character designs.

@saadboy17 FF IX was meant to be a tribute to previous Final Fantasy installments, so the similarities were done on porpuse.

This song shows that Laguna, can infact, be awesome at times.

@DreamSword I always Associated this as Laguna's theme and The Oath as Squall's theme.

Both are Heroic and triumphant but; this is more fun loving and swashbuckling while "The Oath" is more serious and ultimate. However if you listen to them both, there's a bunch of similarities.

Squall definitely inherited some of those heroics from his Father
