@Gemmmmaaaaaaa We spend a hell of alot of time in the sun. The bulbs used are of a much lower UVA intensity that sunlight. You would have to spend a serious amount of time using this to come to any arm. You're much more exposed just walking out of your house.

Wow, you used way too much glue on the first couple of fingers you showed! Next time you only need the tiniest, tiniest spot and it spreads far, that way it won't be so damaging to your nail underneath!

I found out a while ago, it's actually better to roll your nail varnish back and forth in your hands kind of like you could with a handle of a whisk, it stops air bubbles forming in your varnish :) Great tutorial, gonna invest in a huge pack of false nails
