weapon: definatly need a weap with additional energy and +20% enchanting. I use a Fervorborn staff(price 8-12k) because it gives +20 energy without any energy degeneration (I used to use a Hale staff of enchanting with a "sieze the day" inscription and switch out for non-zleaous daggars between casts so I wouldn't have the energy degen. cheaper that way)
