Without finger control, you can play incomplete double strokes(even on the left hand with traditional grip). Dave often plays flam notes of bass drum by the double action of single pedal(sliding foot on the pedal board in the early times then non-sliding technique is used recently), rarely uses twin-pedal.

Moeller system should be used when playing contemporary drumming.

Learn more hard to develop your music and don't forget to back to the basics.

to clear up any doubts, the superstars are all birch with one inner ply of basswood, except on the SL customs which have one inner ply and one outer ply of basswood.

That's a little misleading as it's more birch than basswood. They only have 2 plies of basswood on the laquered finishes.

Cara, essa é a sixteenth-note feel, do cd de playalong do dave Weckl. O Gustavo usa bastante esse cd nesses vídeos dele. Procura um blog chamado baterioteca que tem esse cd pra baixar lá.
