I really don't even think the Mullin family would want Ryan Bois electrocuted. It's not going to bring their baby back. I agree our state should have the death penalty but I really don't think Bois intended on killing this girl.

I summarize he broke in to his grandmothers house to steal money and her car and since he was drunk and maybe high he just by chance saw Joanna there and something inside him snapped. I think he is mentally ill but I dont think he is your typical killer.

If your unable to get the death penalty in your state, it's a great chance your state legislaters and state attorney office will block it, Why? they want to spend your tax dollars for their poropse and not death penalty cases, we just experienced that here in michigan, they will lie to you and say, it did not get enough votes, the truth is , they will block it.

Actually chell 11, sending them to jail would be the worst type of punishment they deserve. Because in jail the other prisoners hates child rapers, sorry to say but what Ryan did was horrific and it cant go unpunished. He'll make alot of new friends in jail because of his reputation for raping Johanna, they'll definitely be raping him a new asshole for what he did. it's way fortunate there just happened to have been an alert cop to stop this guy, otherwise he would still be on the street and hundreds of cops would be out there investigating, trying to determine the guy's identity, and tracking him down-- reassuring to know thre are diligent cops out there doing a good job.
