I'm confused. Do you need to imagine these things or are they visions that pop up in your head by it's self? Cus if it's the 2nd one it didn't work at all for me and if it was the 1st one then I only come up with things I already know and that I am familiar because I thought of a hillside with a single peach tree (Use to go there when I was younger), The special person looked allot like Santa but with a robe and lost ALLOT of weight. The name Desmin came up in my head cus the TV show Lost came.

Everytime I try meditation to meet my spirit guide (i have a very powerful and active imagination) I either don't see anything, or I am not sure if it just my imagination.

Same with astral projection, no matter how hard I try, I can not do it. I am honestly just about to give up. Any suggestions?

I got twins. Two females that when I asked questions about their origins told me that they have always been with me, the outer voice that communicate beyond even thoughts. Odd because feeling "intent" is a much quicker communication than listening to thoughts. Kinda like a higher form of Telepathy, don't really know. They say that people especially close to certain beings can do this. Also that they tell me they ARE me, yet, are independent at the same time.

It was an interesting experience as I listened to your words on this video. Guess who I met up the stairs? A smiling young man who's name is Razel. He gave me a key as a gift. I googled the name after the video ended and Razel apparently means "An Arabic word meaning "secret of God". "There is a sacred place that Razel keeps safe."

I had a really weird experience when I was imagining my sacred space that kind of scared me. Like literally my soul.The space I imagine is this shoreline on an island looking out into the ocean with a bright light of this beautiful orange and yellow sunset. My spirit guide was standing there smiling and he seemed peaceful, but then he had a kind of evil stare which made me uncomfortable and then his face turned into this frieking scary fast shaking monkey face that scared the shit out of me O_O

I first seen a white wolf. Then once I was up the stairs and found myself comfortable in the surroundings, the wolf was now a beautiful girl 18/20 maybe. In a white gypsy sort of short dress. It was an incredible thing to see. Thank you for this journey :)

everything in the room was white. I saw a girl standing in front of a window, as I got up the stairs I walked in the middle of the room, in front of the couch. She started walking towards me, she was young. I'd say around 7 or 9, I'm thinking 7 though. She was wearing a dress. Her hair was either red or brown. Her skin was pale and I'm pretty sure her name was Mary and she gave me a piece of paper but I don't know what was written on it. I felt really warm and relaxed after I did this!

Well, I tried this, and maybe I should write what I "saw". When I first stood on the 10th step, everything got white. Then, when I took a step, I was in a field. It was very nice, sunny, red and yellow flowers here and there, and there was a big oak tree. In front of the oak tree was my spirit guide. I smiled internally when I saw that my spirit guide was my dream partner, a red-headed girl called Alice. She gave me a feather. It was a Great Horned Owl-feather. I don't get it.

Fun, I saw something I never expected. When I got close to the tenth step I was confused thier was a stone landing instead with a window looking out on grass. Then I turned and saw a open door to a beautiful warm parlor with a fireplace. Thier I saw a little girl named Rebecca in a white lace gown she had auburn curls and a plain but happy face. When I said I didn't think she could be my guide, She handed me a thin book with silver lettering on the front but I couldn't read it's title.

the vlack stair case when i went up i was in a forest i fink surrounded by trees and butterflys. i cud hear birds and a small water fall. the person i met was a man about 32 years old he was bold i fink n was wearing jeans and a black tshirt. he had gray eyes and told me his name was gabriel. i knew him from sumwhere he's too familiar n he gave me a small white bag that had the different stones i collect in it. he told me they were special stones. how weird

I wonder if this was just my imagination playing around with me, but I might as well share what I "saw" as well:

When I came to the top of the staircase I saw this big, white door. When I opened it I saw this biiig, green, summer landscape, with trees, a lake not too far away, mountains surrounding me, and no one else but me there. Then, I noticed the person. He was a handsome young man, with dark brown hair. It was like he stood there waiting for me to come.

He gave me a box when I looked inside there was liquid, airlike ?colorful mandellas and felt I could almost stick my hand in, and it would go to infinity, with no bottom or end.

Also, She told me "We are here for you. We love you." As you instructed to leave, I turned, but I did not go. I stood at the doorway, not wanting to leave, then walked down the steps which were now number 10-1. And the doorway I had came from was black, while the with my spirit guide still had blinding light.

But I flipped a switch to remove the darkness. My mind/thoughts seemed so much clearer coming back down.

The imagining a 10 step spiraling staircase was hard, I kept seeing a larger one, but I made it up 10 stairs. As soon as I reached up there I saw this blinding white light. Could see through it, then I saw trees, then you said to walk through. it was a backyard. Sunny day, beautiful green trees. blue sky. clothes line. And I saw her ther Aruelia. She gave me an apple. Said she loves me, never hurt me.

Mine was really creepy. Can someone help me figure this out? He didn't tell me his name. The room was a dugeon, soaked with blood and littered with bones. I was a little girl again climbing the stairs, could barely wait I was so excited and happy. I couldn't see my guide but I was in his arms in a minute and he held me and I cried and cried and he stroked the back of my neck. @MeditationsforMoms : Everyday I try to meditate in my back yard under a tree. It helps my mind and body relax. I just had eyelid surgery for cosmetic reasons. Meditation helps me to heal faster. All my bruising and swelling went down really fast. It's incredible. Even though, I've never met my spirit guides. The benefits of meditation is worth it.

I was in a rose garden with stones on the ground and actually he was sitting, not standing. I have never seen Barry so clearly! I met him before, seen him 2, but I've never been able to figure out his eye color nor what his voice sounds like.he has curly brown hair and blue eyes, and wears a tee shirt and jeans. He's lean, and average build. He has a tree of life pendant, finally heard his voice,calm as he is. I knew it was him because he's always standing with his arms crossed but loose, smiling.

(continuing)He handed me a seashell, my space has always been a beach i created, and my right hand twitched/tingled. Tx for letting me meet Barry a little closer and learning more about him.

This experience was amazing! I met Virginia, my spirit guide. She gave me a beautiful clear crystal flying bird about 4" wide. She had reddish/gray hair and was wearing what looked like a dress a farmer's wife might wear. She is a little over weight and so soft to hug! She was also wearing an off-white "country" apron. It was wonderful to meet her and know she is nearby!
