@gannacto First years - Muscle mass, adding weight, once you get to a size you like stop adding weight, but do constant work outs with the weight you stopped at, and do speed exersises like doing "parkour" with a 100lbs weightvest on, like I do, do Obstacle courses with a vest etc.
I would give this video a 100 stars out of 100 stars. I just recently got a pair of dumbbells & a bench. I was just doing various exercises to work the whole body. Then I came across your videos & I must say they're the best + very informative thanks
this is great and good opportunity for those willing to work out at there comfort of their own home this is free so just watch it and you'll see how it will work for you
@023blabla Since this routine is pretty low volume, 2-3 times per week. And since u r interested in vertical jump, perhaps substitute the sissy squats for jump squats instead. Best! Hugo
@beefbrew Depends on what exercise hurts. If it is the sissy squats the ones that hurt, then I would just take them out and just focus on the other two exercises. Increase the sets by 1 for the other exercises. If squats and lunges hurt also, shoot me an email and I'll find out what you can do. If decreasing the weight on a specific exercise, then what I typically do is that I look for an exercise that does not cause pain.
@beefbrew Whenever you intend to exercise your legs (or any other bodypart for that matter) it's best to warm up a little first. Before leg workout you can for instance take some easy squats without any additional weight before you start with the actual workout. You are much more likely to injure yourself without any upwarming first.
@00000Milkshake 2 totally different exercises though. a pistol squat is just a standard squat with one leg but a sissy squat specifically isolates the quads. that might be why they are hard and hard because you have weaker quads and arent used to them yet. just like the pistol squats, the sissy squats take time to get the correct form down but they are a great quad isolation exercise to combine along with the pistol squats
Depends on the type of lower back pain. If it is just some mild soreness then I would suggest that you try it out and if you feel that the exercise makes your lower back hurt, do not do it.
However, if you have some acute lower back pain, I would rule against it.
@scorpgul No...if the lower back hurts I would recommend not doing sissy squats. Instead increase the sets of the other two exercises by 1 and do the routine only using the other two exercises. Also, be careful with the amount of weight used in the squat and the lunges. Best! Hugo

Nice information, but the video could be improved. In most of it, I could not see your feet, to see how you were standing. Also, you need more light.

Open a window, take advantage of natural light in your next video.
Go through your village and gather up some lightbulbs from the townsfolk.
You need more light for the camera to take higher quality videos. Your eye adjusts better to dim light than your video recorder.
So many vampire BBs out there, I swear!
