@TF2Fan101 Check the 1938 cartoon DONALD'S NEPHEWS here on YT. It is the first and only time in cartoons that HD&L's mother is mentioned, Dumbella. She sends them to visit their Uncle Donald, and at the end they go home, In the next toon The Good Scouts (1938), they are pure nephews and remain so forever after. Similar thing happened in 1937 comic strip where they were created. The whole question of the fate of the parent's is a mystery that has been speculated on for going on 80 years.

I think the first few episode were animated by Disney's Japanese branch. I came to that conclusion because of the way the characters were shaded and the animation. Well its just my opinion.

i love the old cartoons.

now a days , the cartoons are boring chineese characters without any animation talent.

for example: pokemon, and jakie chan etc;

old cartoon are great , like scooby, jungle book, tin tin, super man, bugs bunny, tom jerry, duck tales etc;

i wish there will be more such cartoons.
