My guess is the best doctors are the ones who actually aren't in it just for the money and who want to make a difference in people's lives by helping them

Keri's statement that doctors will leave under "Obama's plan" has nothing to back it up. Doctorts are being screwed as much as the patients by private insurance companies. Most Doctors want a single payer healthcare system. Most of Keri's comments are baseless spin.
