And for those of you who are blaming the teacher, Shankar Kandasamy, you are crazy. One of the best Bharatanatyam choreographers in the world is definitely NOT a bad teacher. I'd like to see anyone choreograph as many successful items as Kandasamy, except other fantastic teachers, such as Sheela Unnikrishnan, who produces equally beautiful dancers.
