Completely, totally, absolutely wrong. Three Amigos remains a great movie. Critics can be wrong, but these guys were way off on this one.

I think a lot of the commentators here are basing their opinions on their memories of this movie and not the movie itself. I remember watching this movie as a kid and thinking it was just okay. I watched it again recently and found Thee Amigos to be a really boring and awful film.

The characters ARE the weakest part of the film. A lot of good laughs though. I'll still be able to quote the jokes in 20 more years.
