Muradin is the king of the Frostborn. Go to Stormpeaks and do the Frosthold questline.

Nope. If you do the Stormpeaks quest line, it explains that he was knocked out with no memory of his past. The Frostborn found him and brang him back to their camp.

On the trek back, they were ambushed by a large jormungar and Muradin "Avatar'd" and killed it. He was then given the name Yorg Stormheart.

This quest is real, its a level 71-72 quest in Dragonblight, you get it at Wyrmrest Temple.

Frostmourne will never be a game drop. Instead, Blizzard promised us the axe Shadowmourne at Blizzcon 2009!
