Although, depending on where you live, your laws can be interpreted differently and can be very vague on the rules and limits of possession as well as the search and probable cause laws. It wouldn't hurt to do a internet search of your rights and responsibilities and the laws in place where you live if you plan on this activity. Just be responsible but enjoy yourself. ofcourse i understand that it is illegal to drive stoned, as much as it is to drive drunk. but with no road side stoned test i could smoke a huge spliff, get into my car, and beside driving pretty slow nobody would know the difference. what i ask is, is it morally okay to smoke and drive? as it is highly considered to be immoral to put yourself behind the wheel after having a drink.
