@24luva everyone listen to the video... the plaintiff, the person filing the suit, did not sue Jon or the band Bon Jovi. He sued everyone else affiliated with the concert. The vendor, the ticket holders, etc. The band is not included in the suit or he would have been murdered on the street like an idiot

Listen and read closer. Bon Jovi is NOT named in the suit. He was suing the people fighting, the beer provider, etc. The guy seems to have serious injuries due to people getting out of hand. He should sue. His life may be ruined. How would you feel?
