From personal experience, I agree 100% with her tips:

1) Women get plenty of messages. If you take too long, she can meet 5 other guys and forget about you.

2) Messages should be at least 1-2 paragraphs long, rather than just 1 sentence. But not too long, like more than 3 paragraphs seems a bit too over the top for someone you haven't met. Tailor it to her profile, and respond to her profile in it. Women know when they're getting a message that a guy copied and pasted to 30 other women.
