Labor Secretary Elaine Chao on the Employee Free Choice Act

I worked at DOL (OWCP) for 8 years, 4 under Bush-appointed Chao. The Program (for injured Federal Employees) went from bad to worse. It became very adversarial, when it was supposed to be impartial. It will be nice to have an actual Pro-Labor Secretary at DOL.... I hope the admirable Ms. Hilda Solis has the time, in our current desperate economic situation, to investigate and clean up the corruption within DOL, particularly OWCP.
