@CooganMusic Glad someone else picked up on the same things that I rant about. There is nothing better than a high street full of independent and unique shops. Too many take the easy way out and blame immigration for changing the country but we've changed it just as much, if not more, through our own habits. My home town is nothing but chain stores now, Just Subways, Peacocks and Tesco.
Still there are always places where you can find proper English streets, It's just in the big cities now.
