Christ rebukes the Pharisees for being legalistic and focusing on the exterior things that don't matter (buildings, for example). You are truly judgemental and that is also rebuked in the Bible. Shame on you - those who are freaking out over the church building and the ceremony need to examine their hearts and see what damage they are doing to the portrayal of the Church.

And the Google search (I think) is When Copyright Infringement on YouTube is Good, It tells about how Sony chose not to have it removed but to make money from it, a lot of money. I’m worried about my sister- she works as a prison psychotherapist & will be marrying one of her ‘clients’ next month. This is despite his being convicted for horrible crimes including attempted murder of a previous partner & sexual abuse of her children (THIS he denies, saying the kids were “put up to it”).

I've seen this video before, but was just showing it to my daughters. It just makes me smile and for some reason I get teared up every time the groom comes out with the entire wedding party. There is just such joy. What amazing friends, as it is apparent that several were not "dancers". Kudos to them for taking part anyway. I've seen this video before, but was just showing it to my daughters. It just makes me smile and for some reason I get teared up every time the groom comes out with the entire wedding party. There is just such joy. What amazing friends, as it is apparent that several were not "dancers". Kudos to them for taking part anyway. May you both have an amazingly long and joy filled life together. PS - also loved seeing the grandparents clapping along. :)

I respect your belief that church should be a place of somber reverence, but realize that we all have different beliefs as to how to honor God and to celebrate life. The 'religious' comments on this video are what is giving the church a bad name. God is a God of joy and celebration, not rules. Lighten up, please - every place we are is a place of worship. It's not the building that's important, it's our faith in Christ and loving others. I'm worshipping God 24/7 - don't need to be confined to rules regarding church buildings. Buildings mean nothing - please, please, take a look at what you believe and love!

My parish priest said it would never be allowed. I see you have no regard for a Church of God. It's the heart that counts, you say? Then all I see in this wedding party's heart is putting on a good show and boogying down to C Brown. Where is God in that? The Reception is for this kind of behaviour.

Jesus emphasized on becoming "like a child" in Matthew 18:3. He knew it was important to be meek, humble, and especially light-hearted. No, this type of wedding entrance isn't for everyone. But if two people want to express their happiness for their special day, then let them dance up the isle all they want.

@kindkev16 I assume that "kindkev 16" is very young. Hopefully with a little more life experience he will come to understand the true meaning of Christianity and of the wedding ceremony. The service is intended to be a proclamation and a celebration of marriage, as demonstrated by Christ's attendance at the wedding in Caanan, where he turned water into wine. Am not quite sure why you are linking this with Christ's rebuking of the Pharisees.......just can't see the connection.
