i think it's Tom... not Bill. but, the pics are kind of blury, so i can't see anything to distinguishing on his face...

But you can tell from his hands...

And i don't think Bill would get rid of his eyebrow piercing...

That's really wierd, when i first saw the photo's. I knew it had to be Tom by the hands, and no one else could see it xD And if you look really carefully at the last picture, you can see Tom's lip ring.
