actually the kind of rice paper she is using is diff. it's fresh so it still softer than those we bought from oriental market. It just the way she fold it wrong, so she uses fish sauce to moist the rice paper [ which is funny lolz] BUT YEAH first time i ever sees someone eat Spring Roll with CHOP STICK! LOOK YUMMY BTW!!!

just in case anybody else watches this for tips. i think this is wrong. the wrap sounds raw-crunchy. you have to set in one in a plate of warm water to soften. the raw egg? i think the raw egg is to use as a sealant for a different kind of wrap. like if you're gonna deep fry the wrap. and the wrap i think is supposed to roll once, fold in the sides and continue rolling and dip it in some other dip. not the raw egg. or maybe she personally loves to eat it this way? i dunno. =)
