@jayce79 from a secret compartment in his ring. By pressing a hidden switch, the costume is released. It's treated with a chemical that causes it to expand on contact with the air. Then when he removes it, it's again sprayed with the chemical which shrinks it down (and also somehow folds it) and a tiny vaccuum sucks it back into his ring compartment. At least, that's how DC Comics says it's done. Hope that explains it for you.
Considering his "body of work" before he was cast as Ted Baxter, "this crap" was just another paycheck just like his other roles. It's not like he was a star. Of course, as "Ted Baxter" TK became a recognizeable comic star.
@kneejerker True. But I have since learned that he was friends with Norm Prescott of Filmation, which is how he got the job. Lots of actors did it for the paycheck. Nothing wrong with that. Alec Guinness thought Star Wars was a load of crap, but he was greatful to George Lucas for the cut of the gross he received.
Well, where was he going to put it? He's not like Superman (who wore his suit underneath his work clothes) or any other hero from the JLA (except Kid Flash from the Teen Titans), so his ring was the best place to put his superhero suit.
lol he'll probably get his own movie too. i know Captain America is in the works and they're doing another Hulk movie, I don't think it's a sequel because Edward Norton is the Hulk this time and he seems all confused about his powers. Every super hero seems to be coming back as a movie star
He did that on nearly every Filmation intro vid i think. I'm a christian, but you don't see me converting cartoons to our religion, so I marked his conversion comment as spam AFTER giving it a thumbs down. What he did was creepy.

Flash is a symbol of christians run this career. Acts 20:24

Filmation didn't make these 60s superhero toons. They jobbed animation out to another company that became Filmation.

Although considered fast in the 1960's, The Flash only ran a 4.8 40 yard dash and was once beat by Mercury Morris in the 100 yard dash.
