This IS real. Look closely you can see the driver in red turn around to watch the deer. You can also see the driver that the deer jumped over duck his head at the last second when it's slowed down. The deer DOES cast a shadow. You can barely see it from the sin glowing on the road, bur when it's slowed you can see it. Besides, no one would put a fake video on YouTube. :P
