I found the 1st through 4th in this series (red, orange, yellow and green) - but I cannot find the 5th and 6th (blue and indigo)... it jumps to 7th (purple).

Did you not post a 5th and 6th chakra meditation? This is the best meditation that I've found so far... it's too bad it can't be all on one video, because every time one ends it snaps me out of the meditative state. (Anyway, it really is superb!)

This is so beautiful. I've been touched by an angel devil conflict and I realize that this is the heaven I need to put my physical being in. Does anyone else get really cold when they meditate? my core feels warm to the touch but my feet and hands get icey cold. so odd.

@EricaCJung It is not uncommon when one is meditating for one's extremities (feet and hands) to feel cold because meditation is not too far away from a sleep state, and the body's temperature drops a bit when either sleeping or meditating. Hope this helps...

I also missed the 5th and 6th chakra, but when i carried out the heart chakra meditation i welled up with tears, does this mean i need more work on this chakra or do I need to close it up at times???

Tears of joy or of sadness? If it is joy, you're ready to go. If it is sadness, probably you need to work more on it and get rid on something troubling you to carry on.

I really like dhis video of urs. Because it is all about 'Chakra' which Is a enegry, chi or ki that is your lifefoce all around the human body. Also the first chakra is call: the Crown in the head & is your knowing of bliss, and divinty. The associated color of violet, u know? Even in yogi, tai chi and meditations for you to calmed down like work, school and of couse the family problem as well.
