This is the first time I've ever seen Graham Norton (I'm American), but I don't think I like him. The thing with the girl in the green dress was rude, awkward, and demeaning. It was awfully sweet of Gabriel Byrne to lean over and ask her if she was all right, and of Letitia Dean to help pull her dress down and tell Norton to cut it out :).

@KaraBear567 The girl could have said no if she wanted to. And she was laughing along to it as well. To be fair if you're going to be an audience member on his show you'd probably expect something like this to happen to you. That's just the way his shows are. They're supposed to be light-hearted and funny. It wasn't supposed to be taken seriously at all, it was just a joke.
