I am also a big proponent of having a specific exercise plan. I am much more motivated that way. I actually have a chart and give myself stickers for completing a workout. Yes, I am secretly nine years old :)
I definitely hear ya with the control issue. Losing weight and getting fit are the two things I can control right now, and I feel powerless with anything else, so when I go off track I feel like a crapburger.
i'm hoping i can stick to it... it's going to be hard because i haven't found that thing that i love to do yet. but i'm damn well going to bust it trying!
I know about the fast food .yuck doesnt even smell good to me anymore .and when i eat it omg ..sick sick sick .great job on redeeming yourself for the week ..stay strong

One thing that sucks about dieting is that the longer you eat healthier, the worse that bad food is on you... like your Taco Bell! It sucks cuz it takes the fun out of eating that junk.. but its good cuz it keeps you from wanting it again for a while..LOL
Congrats on the 2.5 lbs down! I also love the weekly goals... and Yes, something does change when you detox off the crap food eh... try going back and it makes you feel kinda icky right? KEWL!

Gurgly Taco Bell stomach...been there! I get the same thing when I eat off plan now, and I lose sleep cause of it. Yay you for getting back on it!!!
