I live in Philadelphia, and I happen to be educated.
Therefore, I know that smoking causes lung cancer. I don't smoke, and I don't care to breathe the smoke of the uneducated smokers around me, people who are painting their lungs black. Thus, I am VERY happy that smoking in the bars have been banned.

Also, I believe in having my civil rights. The most important civil right to me is not getting shot on the streets of Philadelphia. Therefore, I am THRILLED that Nutter is proposing the stop-and-frisk issue. If you have to choose, would you rather be a) frisked by a cop, or b) gunned down?

Lastly, there is a tiny group of Philadelphians who are skateboarders, and then there is the rest of us who look at skateboarders as low-class idiot thrill-seekers who are happy to jump up on the same piece of concrete 10,000 times and think it's the coolest thing around.
