This tune is a composition of Mike Oldfield's, probably synthesized on a keyboard. I play the bagpipes, and although the embelishments seem to be correct, the really high note is a High B, which is not physically possible on the chanter (though I wish it was, so I would play it).
Makes me feel proud to be Scottish hearing this :)

it was proformed at the tattoo I was there it was at night and the bagpiper coming down form behind the snads , well i had tears in my eyes

This should be used in the actual Edinburgh Military Tattoo. When I hear it, I always feel as if I am actually there, having experienced it before.
