  • CUZ ITS GAS

  • @malinko35 It was that the gun was running low on gas. I have one of these rifles and it does the same thing when the gas level gets low.

  • i might pick one of these up thats a nice perk for an airsoft gun

  • people didn't know that airsoft guns can shoot after being fully submerged in water!?!?!?

  • i think the steel parts are gonna rust

  • So we proved the only detrimental thing to the gun is the water's temperature, not the water itself. Well naturally it still works, the seals are still intact but it's going to need silicone later.

  • Anyone else realize that the way they dropped it into the water the barrel didn't fully flood?

  • @Conranos he put it in flat..

  • @Conranos No, no I didn't notice that. Don't forget it was left in almost five seconds, more than enough time for the barrel to indeed fill in which case all it's going to do is spit water when it fires. There's nothing inside the gun that could be ruined, with the exception of the air nozzle possibly not closing all the way.

  • @Conranos I don't know much about airsoft but for real guns, it doesn't really matter if the barrel is filled with water, the main thing that prevents the gun from firing is when there's water in the lower receiver (the main action of the gun)

  • now that was gas blow back

  • @johnjohn753 That's what it says.

  • The inner barrel would be oxidized and ruined.

  • Is it just me or did it start to slow down when they cut the video?

  • @SideWays8Productions

It's either the gun losing green gas from the mag or it's running low on battery.

  • @SideWays8Productions It was edited to slow down to give the video a nice ending.

  • @malinko35 Not even close, the gas was either low or the gas became cold from being discharged which caused it to shoot slower (which is normal). Not trying to be an ass, just want to make sure people have their facts straight

  • @xXUSMCGRIFFXx No, it was edited to slow down to match the transition ending logo. You should take your own advice.

  • @malinko35 watch?v=lDwMQUrOpzc

I believe this video contests to that, notice when the mag gets low it slows down. Ever empty a whipped cream can fast? Notice how it cools down? GBB Rifle and pistol mags do the exact same thing, but this cooling causes the gun to fire slower. Gas Blow Back guns do not work well with cold air, that's why they cannot be used efficiently in cold weather or when their mags cool too quickly

  • @xXUSMCGRIFFXx Ah, you're completely right. Thanks for showing me that.

  • @malinko35 Here's a better one, same exact company, different gun, pretty much same internals

    watch?v=twJPHw_swzE

Guess what? It does the same thing! Mag gets cold, gun shoots slower

  • it be funny if it broke at 0:20 before actually doing the test. XD

  • GAS BLOW BACK, not ELECTRIC that had been submerge.

  • Is this AEG or?

I saw a vid someone tested M4 under the water!

  • did u see how loose the front iron sight was!?

  • Fail at 0:20

  • Comment removed

  • Now all you need is murky water and a rebreather.

  • yeah, its a gbb....

  • AEGs can be submerged and fired as well. No biggie.

  • now try with an AEG :D

  • Nice, but now it will corrode.

  • @TheCoreCracker Yes and no. But sure.

  • The next video is firing the gun under water

  • that because its gas. try a aeg :)

  • @somecoolguynamedryan There are vids of a VFC SCAR being fully submerged and still shooting afterwards on YouTube. As a matter of fact, most AEG's will still function after being submerged if they're wired properly.

  • what kind of test is this? of course it will work its a gas gun not a AEG or black powder firing weapon..how pointless

  • OMG the end of the video the evike logo with the m4's HOLYSHIT CRAPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP no detail AT ALL whoever made it spent 5mins on it HAHAHAHHA so shitty

  • hell yeah

  • @cookj1132 Moat likely an AEG would work just fine, the trigger contacts and motor brushes might get a bit corroded though.

  • @Mjarf88 Its a GBB dude

  • @Thedudeofsis I know, i never said that the gun in the video is an AEG. I was simply replying to ccokj1132's comment.

  • did anyone notice it started slowing down at the end?

  • @shaunster4christ Gas guns do that typically. Especially WE.

  • no duh its gas

  • plaid shorts. so operator.

  • yes but will it blend? that is the question

  • Why wouldn't it be able to shoot it runs on gass for christ sakes.

  • This especially comes in handy when your playing underwater! -_-

  • At least he's not doing it with an electric gun like other fucktards

  • this is GBB?

  • but will it blend ?

  • Will the gun get rust? Dumbass

  • @Modernwarfail7 no its not made of iron

  • Are you fucking stupid!? This is SCAR a motherfucking SCAR!!! if you drown it in lava it would still shoot!!!

  • @qatarguy85 not really, its not as reliable as an ak or as accurrate as an m16.....

  • @TheGuitarist4181 Few things are as reliable as an AK, the AK's long-stroke piston system has been tested and perfected over the last 60+ years, and of course it's not as accurate as an M16, the M16 has a much longer barrel.

  • @Treembea It's not just the barrel that makes it more accurate. The cartridge and bolt have quite a bit to do with it. Which explains why the M4 is also more accurate than the AK.

  • @johntvette How does the cartridge and bolt affect accuracy? The bullet has left the barrel before the bolt moves, and a hand reloaded 7.62x39mm round would be about at accurate as a 5.56x45. A lot of the accuracy issues with the AK is the way that the barrel is fitted to the action

  • @Dave424123 You're joking right? Some cartridges are inherently more accurate than others. I can chamber an AR in 7.62x39 and it will not be nearly as accurate as if it were chambered in .223 rem or .308 win or 6.2 spc.

  • @johntvette

Chamber an AR in a .22-250.

  • @johntvette but the ak is sexy ahahahahahahaha or ak-74u is my favorite

  • @joshodst The AK looks like a Hyena.

  • lol the ending was pathetic

  • 0:21 fail?

  • will the gun get rust?

  • FAKIE AND GAAAAYYYYYe

  • but arent you gunna need to re-lube it?

  • 0:21

    go ahead

    *fail*

  • The bad parts of airsoft is the nozle

  • Am I the only one that noticed there were no bubbles...?

  • @Lynchfamily05 Probably, considering that there was bubbles.

  • since when do planes drop words??????

  • shoot it while underwater :P or me no buy

  • They probably still sold that guns. "Oh no it has never been fired"

  • @X123XZAl3k If so its the one that I got!

  • @X123XZAl3k well they probably cleaned it extensively and either way they only fired like 10 shots.

  • wait, so gas guns can be full submerged into water and come out completely unharmed? seriously, because i might just surprise all my buddys down at the creek one day... 0.o

  • Duh stoopids it's gas all gas gun do that it's not battery

  • Watch that first it's a doosy =)

  • reminded me of fps russia

  • 0:21 YOUR DOING IT WRONG!!!!!!

  • @SteyrAUGMilitary13 thats what she said

  • @SteyrAUGMilitary13 thats what she said

  • @SteyrAUGMilitary13 You're*

  • Now try tht with an eletric gun-_- xD

  • WHATS THE POINT OF THESE TESTS??? NOBODY IS EVER GOING TO BE FULLY UNDERWATER PLAYING AIRSOFT.

  • @skatethehouse999 Actually, during my airsoft experience, I verse a bunch of lunatics that do hop into rivers for shortcuts. They like to use spring rifles and gas weapons specifically for this tactic.

  • @skatethehouse999 just makes a point

  • so i could use this in the rain/snow?

  • @rkshirey i wouldnt use it in snow..its GBB so you will get 1/4th of a mag out of it then itll run out of gas

  • @Hellknight255 if i use co2. either way im developing a clip cover that uses hand warmers to keeps the gas warm...GO INNOVATION

  • @rkshirey itll work better with CO2 but if you shoot too fast you will break the plastic parts....and so help me please call it a mag...a m1 uses a clip...modern guns use a mag

  • And this is why WE tech ROCKS

  • Optic.

    Gas. Not an AEG.

  • is the battery waterproof or what?

  • :22-:23 fail:)

  • when will it be necessary to submerge an airsoft gun in water?

  • @YOWHATTHEHELLUP71 having a airsoft war near by a swimming pool and hiding in the pool

  • But WILL IT BLEND?

  • sec. 00:22 Scar position fail, flash hider break :D

  • it lost power at the end!!

  • LOL WE GBBRs.

    Did not work.

  • NAVY SEALS!

  • Right... because I play airsoft underwater.

  • bullshit air soft gun

  • ya i agree with evan and if you pay close attention the rounds start to slow near the end of the video as they cut it off.

  • @cphill46 That's because it's a gas gun. As the pressure lowers the rps drops. Haven't you fired one before?

  • @cphill46 if you want to custom design and instal a regulator to each magazine, be my guest. This was the AWSS anyway and the consistency is drastically improved with the open bolt system.

  • Shoot it in the water

  • such a tight gunn

  • ok so what if it shoots after being dropped in water.... lets see how accurate it is with a wet barrel and hop up chamber? probly horriblle!

  • @karnivor707

your right, it would be bad.

But I don't think thats the point of this video.

Just showing that a wet gun, can fire.

So aka, don't worry about getting it wet in the rain. :)

  • lol can't you hear it slows down really low. maybe i don't know but my systema M4 can do that too!

  • Go paint that toy black and point it at the cops

  • still playing with airsoft guns huh?

  • Nice!

  • ROF slowing.. failing.. dead.

  • since its a gas gun, wont it being underwater not matter?

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz Unbelievably, Most of Evike's personnel who are in-charge selling, advertising, or maybe (hopefully not) the maintenance division are not fully knowledgeable about what they sell. But I can't really prove that because its my friends from the US who tell me about their occasional Airsoft purchases

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz sometimes water gums up the moving parts and they jam... at least thats how it is on real guns im not sure how it works on airsoft guns

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz LOL what is the point of this? This isn't a real gun... would you even submerge yourself underwater during a mock wargame? I DON'T THINK SO!!! XD

  • @monkey407 You might drop it in the water or fall in yourself. I've fallen in before. Luckily I was quick enough to put the gun up as high above my head as possible before it went under.

  • @monkey407 i would if the gun would operate in such conditions.

  • @monkey407 if you were near a river or coming from a lake or was going for SEAL status, yeah. it would be so cool to do that...emerging from the water.

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz Nope, The most closed bolt versions will have a cool down problem.

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz yea its if it were an AEG would it be impressive

  • @yourajoke123 well im pretty sure you can do it with an aeg too. some can go underwater and shoot after you let most of the water out of the gun

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz it works with aegs too because the batteries arent a high enough voltage to do anything with the water but your internals could rust

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz well, the propane could freeze up and cause the gun to malfunction, same scenario if you put to much lube, will cause it to freeze up, not fire all the bb's and just go POOT.

  • @CrazyPolishSnip3r yea but the water obviously wasnt freezing cold. they most likely just filled a container with water and put the gun it

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz Thats not the point, When propane is released, it is EXTREMELY cold, and will cause even boiling water to freeze, Try putting lube on the gas release valve inside of a gbbr, it will freeze and stop firing within 10 shots on full auto.

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz well if you dont mind getting a rusted up gun on the insides

  • @gundamskull45 which is why you have to clean your gun. there is something called gun "maintenance" you know. real life, airsoft, paintball, anything. you have to clean your gun, fix it, adjust it, if its wet you need to dry it.

  • @evanatromitoszarsaz yeah i know about real gun maintenance its just this gun wasnt made for stress like that also water can get in places you cant get it out of easily

  • Look at your comment. Back to mine. Back to yours NOW BACK TO MINE. Sadly, it isn't mine. But if you stopped trolling and started posting legitimate crap it could LOOK like mine. • I seriously hope that one day I can play underwater. Seriously.

  • i wonder why won't the battery or the wire get wet... I never try put a AEG into water thou

  • @dnajohnny its gas

  • Can u do the same thing with a King Arms M4 GBB?

  • Gotta love that reliable gas system

  • doesnt that killl the hop rubber

  • Aww, i cant find texasstevens Comment D:

  • 0:21 "Go ahead'......FAiL

  • @xSoCrueL hahahaha

  • sounds hella sweet after being submerged in water

  • 0:21

    DERP

  • Comment removed

  • 0:22 fail...

  • GBB = Gas Blow Back. I'm not so sure an AEG would like this with that motor and what not.

  • Can I ask something? Is this airsoft gun electric or gas blowback?

  • @SerVertigo 1. If it's electric, putting it in water would be a horrible idea. 2. It's blowing back.

  • @SerVertigo its GBBR by noise does not sound electric

  • hey evike how old you have to be to work in evike?

  • i shot my we m9 and the mag started to leak lol

  • cool but thats a really low fire rate

  • amazing :D

  • I hate it when i cant find what the top comment is replying to

  • ROFL Us Texans arent hard asses like that i do both shoot real and airsoft there both badass airsoft is a lot more3 fun seriosly jackass dont make us all look like pricks
