This is so sad. =( I can tell that HoMin are both really unhappy compare to how they used to sing this song when the five of them were together. Btw, HoMin are using the name TVXQ is because they don't want that name to be forgiven by people.

i think it's not fair for JJ,YC and JS that YH and CM hace the name DBSK. when i search for DBSK on teh internet and the result is about 2 of them, i really feel uncomfortable. i think they should take anothet name like HM or sthing like that like JYJ do. DBSK is for 5 people, not only 4 2 of them

@Winnie2311990: but the thing is, if HoMin used another name , it will be like TVXQ divided into 2 different groups. you have JYJ then you have HoMin's new name. that will be like THE END of TVXQ as a group. I think HoMin decided to use TVXQ as a continuation of the group. the name TVXQ will not be put in vain during the whole 3-2 thing.

@parkmyc the whole point is that even if they used a different name, it does not change the fact that they are tvxq! just look at Jaejoong's twitter acount... it says JYJ from tvxq always keep the faith... JYJ is a part of TVXQ and that will not change just as if homin used a different name, it would not change the fact that they are TVXQ! But i understand their intentions...i'm not dissing them or anything...just saying that even if he did change it it wouldn't change a thing! ^^

@coolbloom1234567890: just as what Yunho said, he felt like the name "TVXQ" was beginning to be forgotten. he may not be able to protect the other members, as the leader, so he did the next best thing he could think of and that is to protect the name.

i felt it was like HoMin keeping the house protected so that the other three will still have a house to come back to.

@parkmyc i wish yunho had trusted us the fans a little more, because we would still keep the name alive for him 4ever ^^ when that little kid didn't know tvxq there will be a day where a cassie will inlighten him! I hope he remembers that fans are also part of the family =D that want to protect tvxq as much as he does...i can understand where he's coming from but the name thing was a big reason for fans leaving

@coolbloom1234567890: i don't think the fans left, per se. they took sides which should NOT be the way but biases can't be avoided. and it's not surprising why JYJ have more fans. they have 3 members and JJ is with them.

and the only reason why JYJ chose the name is because they didn't have a choice. they can't use the name but if they could, i bet they would and without hesitation. HoMin, on the other hand, could, they did and thus TVXQ's legacy in history books will be written continuously.

@parkmyc my dear friend...JYJ had every right to the song! SM does not own the song, the name goes to the one that it is designated to, in this case the 5 member's of tvxq =_= just like how ur parents does not own your name... this was the same problem with shinhwa...SM sued them for the rights to their name but the court decided in favour of shinhwa and they were freed from SM... i don't want to explain this whole thing to you so here's a link and you can read it...

@JJcoolbloom123: legally JYJ doesn't have the right to any TVXQ song. that is one of the clause of the original (probably all) SM songs. the company owns the right to songs the group is given to and even those that the members, themselves, compose.

why do you think JYJ haven't sung any of their songs? because another lawsuit will be filed if they did.

although you are right with the group name thing. i forgot that SM failed to get the court's approval to trademark the name "TVXQ".

@JJcoolbloom123: and in any case, HoMin is now using the name. that's something we can't do anything about. the 3 are gaining success as JYJ the same as the 2 are successful using TVXQ as a name.

JYJ had a reason why they chose the name the same as HoMin had a reason to continue using TVXQ. even though some people may not agree with either sides' reasons, we can't really do anything about it.

i continue to support TVXQ and JYJ. i include all 5 of them in my prayers. fair enough for all.

@parkmyc i'm sooooooo sorry for the late reply...but anyways just wanted to tell you (incase you didn't already know) that jyj could have used dbsk...they didn't want to because they felt that dbsk is a five member group...but the court would definitly let them ^^ that's what they ruled when shinhwa left sm when their contract was over (sm decided to sue to get the name back but the court ruled in shinhwa's favour because the name was given to the group members and doesn't belong to sm...)
