That Drill Sergeant has the sleeves on his ACUs rolled up, which is against uniform regulations. Refer to AR 670-1. Also those ACUs don't have IR tabs.
@MedicmanFP they also have no headgear ..and im pretty sure your talking about fracus that don't have the ir tabs ...and im pretty sure that he was a sfc and to my knowledge
