The chalkboard? I took a screencap of the school classroom wall. I then edited the screencap in my Paintshop program to include a chalkboard/chalk/etc. So that's completely just drawn on. Then I put modified picture into the video.

No, but it sounds like it because of the microphone thing that she used (the girl who does Kacey's voice doesn't live by me, so she had to use what she had.) Kacey's going to be in a future episode, though, and we've found a way to make her sound more natural.
you mean gus's house and ella's house? they're on separate lots. when i want to move the kids back and forth, i have an adult sim click on the computer or newspaper and say "find own place," then they move out and i have them take ella or whoever with them. then i move them both to a new lot. i hope that answers your question.
