@fsmmuj Sony's website. Buy a USB memory drive and save your data. It helps for malware and other threatining virus's. Also if you lose your memory you just download it back from the USB drive.

@oFailBoat It's not primarily for gaming. It's not the best gaming computer and can not handle every game. If you want a computer that can play most games on a high setting, then I would definitely upgrade the laptop the most you can, or just get a different one.

I thought sony was so GOOD so I saved some cash for 10 months and I bought my first laptop (vaio Eseries vpceb34en) but it turned out to be shit, Its better if I could exchange this crap with calculator... it ovr heats, though it has 512 Ati graphic card, 3 gb ram, win 7, core i3 and it runs (mean crawls) like tortoise. Felt fucked up again when in the service center that dick did not even try to look what was wrong he directly said that we have to format it.

After formatting it is same.

@BigDaddyGamingINC I have been with computer's since DOS n I knw enough to undrstnd about the hardware; the software's and how it should run according to its calibre, I hope so u know wat I mean... I bought this laptop by undrstnding its configuration so I can work on my usual software's like Photoshop, illustrator for my designing, data, music, movies, Net; that’s it… not even 3dMax or Maya or After Effect or PremierPro which use to gallop on my self assembled P4 with just 256 gc n 1gb ram.

i definitely want an E seriess, and im going to upgrade the 4gig to 8...and increase the hard drive and update the intel core processor to i5, might upgrade the battery too....but how is it working for you so far? And how long do you expect your laptop to last? Because I want mine to last a while

@BaileyBlurbs It works just fine. Of course you're going to hear negatives about it, like somebody just commentated on this video. I'm hoping the laptop lasts as long as I want it. If that makes any sense. Also, if you plan on running the laptop with the battery and not plugged in, I would suggest doing the battery upgrade. The only negative with mine is the poor battery life.

I am considering to buy a computer from the E series, but I have seen that in other videos the laptop does not include the numeric keypad at the right end of the keyboard (you know, the one that is so useful when using excel) .

Do you happen to remember if this was related to the laptop size (the video I saw was for a 15" laptop and did not have the numeric keypad). Thank!

I totally decided to finally go with this laptop on Tuesday, when I placed my order. I'm getting a little antsy waiting for it, but the case and laptop skin for it are out for delivery right now from FedEx. The 1080p screen was out of stock and I have no use for a blue ray player, so I went with 6 gigs of ram and a bigger hard drive instead. I only play Sims 3 and use Microsoft Word and the internet anyway XD Seeing yours has me more antsy waiting for it.
