Lol i thought this was great, really very good! :]! and honestly if the story etc is good nobody should even notice rolling shutter.. i know i didn't !
@jakeludington there's no doubt that the difference between what is semi pro and professional is smaller today. d7000 is perhaps all everyone want. check out... freedslr dot com change dot with . and get an opportunity win a Brand New Nikon D7000
really nice job. Super crisp. At what settings do you import and export your video? And what do you use to compress/edit. I cant get my d90 videos uploaded to youtube correctly.
subject's out of focus at times and i don't like the shutter roll on the d90. but for what it costs its the best option for video with DOF out there...
Where did you get that background music? Is there a site for it? And those sounds of wolfs... I think that's called sound design, I need a website for it :)
with my 18-105mm I only get really small parts in focus. But when I see this... you can get a whole forest in focus. is that part filmed with the 50mm lens?
50mm would have even less in focus since it's likely being used at an aperture of around F2. The bigger the F#, the more will be in focus. So turn it up on your camera, but remember, the more it's turned up, the less light comes in the camera so slow shutter speeds and more noise.
That part where its foggy is fucking awesome!!! Good job on the video
There is actually a setting in the menus where you can set the AE Lock button to hold the exposure. If you press this after adjusting your exposure, it will lock the camera. We'll have a video up hopefully soon explaining this.

Very good. You seem to have no rolling shutter issues. How did you do that?
JuJussel 3 years ago
Thank you! It takes lots of practice with steady hands.
eyepatchentertainmen 3 years ago
there's plenty of wobble in the video..you don't seem to be very perceptive..
bbqwoa 3 years ago
@JuJussel I can definitely see rolling shutter issues in there...
