my buddy is buying a home on Tudor st. I want to move out there so i can see what Philly is all about. No disrespect intended but i am Hispanic and i was wondering how excepting the community of Mayfair is to new comers. Are there any hispanics in that neighborhood . Thank you.
Mayfair is a somewhat integrated neighborhood. There is a hispanic population there, but not a very large percentage. (My guess. I could be way off though.)
There's plenty of old timers that think things should be like they were 40 years ago, but for the most part it's a pretty friendly neighborhood.
Unfortunately I didn't have my camera with me during my last visit. The baker's rack is now decorated for halloween with ghosts, pumpkins, etc. It is a "see it to believe it" display.
I see the Great White Northeast is still great and White.

this just gets funnier every time i see it. i love the baker's rack bar, with all the beers available at the Tudor Street Tavern.
