These artist are rastafarians meaning that they believe that Jesus was only a prophet and claiming that his teachings were corrupted and they reffered to him as "Jah". They also believed that Haile Selassie, the former of Ethopian Emperor, was the root of Jesus christ and worshipped him.They dont claim to be christians or muslim and they also believe that it isnt a religion but a way of life. Look up Rastafari for more info!!!!
not really, as far as I know, no christafari member is an actual rastafarian, they're called christafari because it's the mix between the greek word christ (savior) and the amharic word tafari (creator). Some of them are ex-rastafarians, and they're willing to bring the christian message to rastafarians.
